Privacy Policy
This policy describes how PROTEXIS GROUP s.r.o. processes personal data in connection with the protexisgroup.com website and client communication, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data we process

Technical data about website usage (IP address, browser and device type) and data from cookies or similar technologies, to the extent of your consent settings.
3. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to inquiries, protecting the controller's rights and reasonable direct marketing to existing clients — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Analytics and marketing cookies — solely based on consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Retention
We keep data for the duration of negotiations and the contractual relationship. Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept as a rule for no longer than 3 years from the last communication. Data processed under legal obligations are kept for the statutory period.
5. Recipients
IT and hosting providers, accounting, tax and legal advisors and — only based on consent — analytics providers. Processors are bound by data processing agreements.
The map of our registered office in the Contact section is loaded from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom — a country covered by a European Commission adequacy decision). When the map is displayed, your IP address is transmitted to this provider; the map loads only when the Contact section comes into view.
Data are disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Personal data are processed primarily within the EU/EEA. Any transfer outside the EEA takes place only with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object (including to direct marketing) and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You can exercise your rights at hello@protexisgroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
8. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
